The program was designed for upper-grade elementary school students and was structured as a creative workshop where students created art under the guidance of professional artists. During the program, the students were mentored by experts from the cultural and creative sectors (hereinafter CCS), who provided insight into careers in the visual arts and their professional applications.

As part of the project, the students met with artists such as Alexandra Koláčková, Aneta Filipová, Jiří David, and Dan Trantina.

The program also offered personal consultations with professionals for the parents of participating students.
